On October 1, 2022, new rules on, among other things, dismissal and redeployment will apply. This is a major change in labor law that you as an employer must be aware of. Among other things, the rules on dismissal will change, both in terms of personal reasons and work shortage.

In this training, you get an overview of the new rules in LAS. We go through the material content and reflect on the practical effects for you as an employer who does not have a collective agreement. Among other things, we will go through the following:

- Termination of employment in case of dispute over dismissal
