In this training, you get a review of the new rules in LAS and the agreement concluded between the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and PTK and others, the so-called "Main Agreement" and we explain how they interact. We go through the material content and reflect on the practical effects for you as an employer with collective agreements for salaried employees. Among other things, we will go through the following:
- Objective reasons for dismissal
- New rotation rules
- Termination of employment in case of dispute over dismissal
- Strengthening employment protection for agency/temporary workers
