New rules in LAS and new Main Agreement

On October 1, 2022, new rules on, among other things, termination and conversion will apply. This is a major change in labor law that you as an employer must be aware of and in connection with this, we offer free seminars (physical) in Växjö and Malmö where we go through the changes in the "new LAS" and what these mean on an overall, general level.

In this course, you will get an overview of the new rules in LAS and the agreement concluded between the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and PTK and others, the so-called "Main Agreement" and we explain what the new changes mean.
