How to become a skilled negotiator in the world of work.  

Being a skilled negotiator and knowledgeable in negotiation techniques is a very important skill in business today. As an HR manager, HRBP or in any other important role, you are increasingly faced with different negotiation situations in the world of work. It could be a negotiation with a trade union, supporting a manager in dealing with an employee, or perhaps even a lawyer contacting you on behalf of an employee. 

In this session, we will go through the most important things you need to learn to become a skilled negotiator in your HR role, you will also get some tips on rhetoric and how to solve a deadlocked negotiation situation.

This time we are testing to carry out physically on site in Gothenburg, but of course there is the possibility to participate digitally as well. You choose in the registration whether you participate physically or digitally.
