Welcome to the first networking event of the fall with People in Tech!
On September 22, TechSverige will release the report*The Tech Industry as an Employer 2026*, produced in collaboration with the Nyckeltalsinstitutet. The report is based on recent HR data from TechSverige’s member companies and provides a unique perspective on how the tech industry stacks up as an employer compared to other sectors in the Swedish workforce.
At this People in Tech event, you’ll get to review this year’s results directly from the Key Metrics Institute and have the opportunity to discuss the report’s key insights with other HR professionals in the tech industry.
The report provides valuable insights for all tech companies that want to create attractive, healthy, and sustainable workplaces. It shows where the industry stands today and highlights both our strengths and the areas where we can improve in order to continue attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
