More and more employees want to work from other countries, but few organizations have a clear strategy for how to handle this. Who is responsible for risk assessment? What consequences might this have for the company? And when do different departments need to be involved?
At this event,People in Tech welcomes Aspiaas a guestspeaker , who will shed light on some of the most important issues surrounding cross-border work.
Among other things, we’ll go over the most common pitfalls and how companies can maintain control when people, work, and countries come together.
