What are the rights and obligations of employees and employers towards each other at work? Many employees are aware of their rights but not of their obligations, and these apply not only at the beginning and end of employment - but also during employment.  

Course description

This is what you get in the course
We go through difficult issues such as: how to handle cooperation difficulties or poor work performance, who and what determines how the work should be led, distributed and performed and what the employment contract really means. Difficult issues that can be handled more easily if you as an employer representative have the knowledge of how.

You will gain good knowledge of how you as a manager should handle issues linked to the above and we give you a good insight into the regulations as well as tips and advice on common scenarios you may encounter in everyday work.
