When an employee's ability to work is reduced due to injury or illness, the employer's responsibility for rehabilitation comes into play. During this webinar, we will go through the employer's responsibility for rehabilitation and work adaptation and how it can look in practice. You will also get an overview of the employee's obligation to contribute to their own return to work.

An introduction to the concepts and their significance in working life, as well as current legislation. 

Rehab chain: Step-by-step review of the rehabilitation chain. 

Collaboration and roles in the rehabilitation process: Review of the roles of the various actors and their collaboration in the rehabilitation process. 

Rehabilitation & work adaptation in practice: Practical examples and applications. 

Target group 

The course is aimed at those who are new to labor law and are a CEO, HR specialist, manager, supervisor with personnel responsibility or in some way come into contact with labor law in your daily work.
