When recruiting and hiring, rules and formalities may not be the first thing on an employer's mind. There are, quite understandably, enough difficult decisions to be made about the suitability of candidates. At the same time, it is important to be risk-aware of the pitfalls. Learning about the labor law rules that affect recruitment can therefore be a worthwhile investment.
