Welcome to a free seminar where the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) gives you who work in tech, IT or telecom an up-to-date review of data protection issues linked to generative AI. The seminar is open to all companies, regardless of membership.

Why you should participate

Companies using AI tools need to be aware of how to handle personal data under the GDPR. IMY's experts will provide guidance on what you as an employer and employee need to consider to ensure good privacy protection when using generative AI in the workplace. You will also learn how your company can get support on difficult data protection issues and the opportunity to participate in IMY's development projects.

Program and speakers:

Cecilia Margenberg, IMY:
IMY talks about its guidelines for the use of generative AI from a data protection perspective. What do employers and employees need to consider when using AI tools in the workplace and how to ensure good privacy protection when using generative AI.

Per Nydén, IMY:
Talks about his regulatory sandbox for data protection, a way to provide dialog-based guidance on exciting and difficult data protection issues. By participating in a project in the sandbox, private actors can test their idea and get support on data protection issues in relation to new technologies. Do you have a project you would like to receive guidance on?

Listen in for information on how to sign up for the spring regulatory sandbox that opens in November.
