Sexual harassment in the workplace - how to deal with it and prevent it? All workplaces have a duty to prevent sexual harassment and to be able to deal with difficult issues when they arise.
Course description
What you get in the course
In this training, we mix practice and theory and use real cases. The examples we discuss together are about how you as an employer representative should act and handle the difficult situations when they come to your attention. We provide tools to deal with everyone involved in a proper way and to stop inappropriate jargon in the workplace. We go through the important issues of what needs to be done, time aspects, documentation, confidentiality from a health and safety and labor law perspective. We then look at the underlying organizational factors that can affect a business - what are your risks, what are your policies and procedures, how should preventive work be done to avoid financial sanctions and how can you as a business become a more attractive employer.
