As an employer, you have overall responsibility for the working environment, but many others in the organization have different roles with specific tasks and expectations. Cooperation between employers and employees is a prerequisite for creating good working conditions. One of the basic ideas in the Work Environment Act is therefore that the emphasis in work environment management should be on collaboration. During this webinar, we will go through the roles and responsibilities of different actors, how work environment tasks can be distributed, what collaboration can look like in practice and the rights and obligations of safety representatives.
During the course we will touch on:
- Roles and responsibilities:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the different actors in health and safety management. - Allocation of Work Environment Tasks:
Learn how to allocate work environment tasks. - Safety representatives and safety committee:
Understand what issues are dealt with in the safety committee and liaison group. - Collaboration:
How can you work to make collaboration work well? What structures and procedures facilitate collaboration.
