As an employer, you have overall responsibility for the working environment, but many others in the organization have different roles with specific tasks and expectations. Cooperation between employers and employees is a prerequisite for creating good working conditions. One of the basic ideas in the Work Environment Act is therefore that the emphasis in work environment management should be on collaboration. During this webinar, we will go through the roles and responsibilities of different actors, how work environment tasks can be distributed, what collaboration can look like in practice and the rights and obligations of safety representatives.
During the course we will touch on:
- Roles and responsibilities: Understand the roles and responsibilities of the various actors in occupational health and safety work.
- Distribution of Work Environment Tasks: Learn how work environment tasks can be distributed.
- Safety representative and safety committee: understand the issues dealt with by the safety committee and the cooperation group.
- Collaboration: How can we work to ensure that collaboration functions effectively? What structures and procedures facilitate collaboration?
Target group
The course is aimed at those who are new to labor law and are a CEO, HR specialist, manager, supervisor with personnel responsibility or in some way come into contact with labor law in your daily work.
