The 2023 round of collective bargaining is coming to an end and we invite you to a webinar with Stefan Koskinen, Head of Employers' Cooperation, who will give us a summary of how it went. 

Conflicts over low pay and threats of broad sympathy warnings from LO have put the issue of conflict rules and sympathy strikes high on the agenda. Not least as a result of the ongoing Tesla conflict. Despite this, 380 agreements have been signed within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, of which 130 within Almega, at a level that is lower than our main competitor countries.
