Course description

Negotiation: More than just a conversation
Understanding goes hand in hand with knowledge, so together we explore what negotiation actually means. Learn the content of the legal clauses, understand the rights and obligations of the union through negotiation and how to best navigate the labor law landscape. 

Focus on labor law - not just theory
This is your chance to get concrete answers to your questions, for an immediate application in your professional role. Please note that this course focuses on labor law principles and does not cover topics such as negotiation psychology or strategy.
