TechSverige's Board of Directors
TechSverige's Board of Directors is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting, following a proposal by the Nomination Committee. The board shall consist of a specially elected chairman and a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 other members. TechSverige's Federal Director is always a member of the Board. The board members below were elected at the annual meeting on May 6, 2021.
TechSverige's Board of Directors shall have a representative composition, taking into account the membership structure. The board members shall be the CEO or another person in a leading position.
