As a tech employer, what do you need to keep an eye on right now, and what challenges lie ahead?
On December 1, TechSverige invites member companies to an afternoon event where we’ll review the year in labor law, highlight current employer issues, and look ahead to 2027. The event is intended for CEOs and those who work in HR or handle employer-related matters at a tech company.
This afternoon, we’ll take a look at this year’s most significant rulings from the Labor Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union and provide an up-to-date overview of the Pay Transparency Directive and the legislative process in Sweden. We’ll also look ahead to the 2027 collective bargaining round and other issues that will be important for tech employers in the coming year.
The afternoon will conclude with the launch of TechSverige’s new report , *The Swedish Tech Industry 2026*, which provides an up-to-date picture of the industry’s development, as well as the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. This will be followed by a networking session with industry colleagues.
