Do you also have the feeling of not getting a grip on the AI issue internally? This course outlines how companies can approach AI from an employer perspective. How should you deal with employees using tools such as Chat GPT and Bing in their work - ban, restrict or unleash? and how does labor law affect their use? Welcome to an exciting course where you as a participant are welcome to contribute with experiences and questions.

Course description

What you get in the course

In this course, participants will gain a basic understanding of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI). We will generally explore both the opportunities and risks that AI brings to the workplace, as well as its impact on professional roles and the work environment. We then look specifically at how AI and labor law affect each other. What regulations already affect the use of AI and what to consider when developing an AI policy.

Through discussions during the course, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping the future of work through shared experiences. It will be a platform where sharing knowledge and experiences enables joint navigation and utilization of the opportunities offered by AI.

In the course, we also cover important aspects of GDPR, discrimination legislation and the new AI law from 2024.
