Just over three years ago, the Whistleblower Protection Act came into force. It requires companies with at least 50 employees to set up secure and confidential reporting channels to protect those who report wrongdoing.
Course description
This is what you will get in the training
In this course we go through the obligations imposed by law on employers with 50 or more employees. We focus on how you can create and maintain effective reporting channels, which categories should be able to blow the whistle in the internal channel and what information should be provided by the company. Furthermore, we review and explain the legal protection whistleblowers have against retaliation.
