date
Location
In this webinar you will get an introduction to what you as an employer need to consider in case of dismissal due to lack of work.
Course description
This is what you get in the webinar
In economically difficult times, layoffs due to lack of work increase. This is something we at Almega notice in our advice. This webinar is an introduction to the regulations on shortage of work, including the expanded possibilities for exceptions to the rotation system that have been in force for just over a year.
Based on the employer guide, we go through what you as an employer need to consider, step by step, in the event of dismissal due to lack of work.
We go through the importance of a thorough business analysis, how a risk assessment is done and continue with redeployment, rotation and negotiation and end with notice of dismissal.
