What you get in the webinar
Holiday planning should be completed by 1 April. It is therefore high time to start planning and arranging this year's main vacation. Based on Almega's Employer Guide, we go through, step by step, what you as an employer need to think about when it comes to staffing during the summer, the employees' wishes, scheduling of holidays, negotiation with the union, notification to the employees, saved holidays and when you can pay out holidays in money.
