TechSweden's industry code for AI

Artificial intelligence (AI) is and will increasingly become a natural part of our society. Digital developments and AI can offer new opportunities to solve society's tasks and challenges. But to benefit from this, unethical or illegal use must be countered. People should be able to trust the AI in their everyday lives and be sure that ethical considerations have been made and laws followed when the services have been developed. That's why TechSverige and eight companies have developed an industry code to provide companies, authorities and organizations with guidance when developing AI solutions.

Guiding principles

The industry wants to create an AI that inspires trust. It is therefore an important task for TechSverige and our members to develop guiding principles on how the industry is expected to behave and act when designing, implementing and managing systems and services regarding AI.

This is our industry code and we are convinced that it can help the industry take responsibility. Without responsibility, there is no future. The Code will be revised every year to meet the challenges and conditions facing the industry.
