Livepodd: TechSverige opens the door to this year's collective bargaining

In the spring of 2025, a major collective bargaining round will take place in Sweden, where over 500 central collective agreements will be renegotiated, affecting more than 3.4 million employees. TechSverige invites you to an exclusive live podcast ahead of the upcoming negotiations where we open the door to the negotiation rooms and give you answers to questions such as:

  • What is the Swedish model and why is it important?
  • How does a negotiation work, and are we really at odds?
  • How to compromise so that both parties win?

With topical guests, you will get a unique insight into this year's negotiations and a chance to find out everything you didn't know - and more - about the bargaining process.

Guests:

  • Einar Humlin, Head of Negotiations, TechSverige
  • Martin Wästfelt, Head of Negotiations, Unionen

The two chief negotiators share their perspectives on the conditions and ambitions for this year's bargaining round, and provide insights into how bargaining works behind the scenes.

The conversation will be moderated by Ellinor Bjennbacke, Deputy CEO of TechSverige.
