Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative measures of the Member States concerning accessibility requirements for products and services
IT&Telecom companies essentially support the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council and support the proposal regarding "the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning accessibility requirements for products and services". We share the basic approach expressed in the proposal for a directive, "The aim of the proposal is to improve the functioning of the internal market and to remove and prevent obstacles to the free movement of accessible products and services."'
