IT&Telecom companies have been given the opportunity to respond to the consultation.

IT&Telecom companies are reviewing the consultation and will return with a response.

This memorandum proposes amendments to address shortcomings in the implementation of Directive (2008/98/EC) on waste and repealing certain Directives, the so-called Waste Directive. Amendments are proposed to the Environmental Code and to regulations issued
under the Environmental Code.
