IT&Telekomföretagen has been given the opportunity to submit a consultation response to the draft referral from the Council on Legislation on rights of way in leasehold, ref. no. Ju2014/4023/L1. The referral was received from the Ministry of Justice
IT&Telekomföretagen is positive to the clarification of rights of way over land and generally supports the proposal.
