Important information for members with employment law services
During the remainder of 2024, members with collective agreements and labor law services can access the Employer Guide via Almega at www.arbetsgivarguiden.se. From January 1, 2025, you will have access to TechSverige's employer guide, which you can reach via our website, www.techsverige.se.
For employment law advice, the current contact details for the hotline are valid until 31 December 2024, after which TechSverige's employment law service will take over and your new contact details for the employment law hotline will apply.
From January 1, 2025, new contact details will apply:

At the turn of the year, TechSverige will become an independent organization, which means some important changes for you as a member with employment law services. Below you will find a summary of what will change from the turn of the year and how you can prepare.
Employer's Guide
What is changing?
- New website: Your new Employer Guide will soon be available on our website, techsverige.se.
- New login system: You log in to the new employer guide with the same login details that you have in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal. If you do not have an account in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal, you can easily create one at svensktnaringsliv.se.
- Your access to Almega's employer guide will end on December 31. From the turn of the year 2024/2025, TechSverige's employer service will apply in full.
What do you need to know and do?
- Save the link to TechSweden's employer guide: You will receive the link before the launch.
- Make sure you have an account in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal. If you do not have an account, you can easily create one at svensktnaringsliv.se.
- Prepare for a smooth transition. Therefore, make sure you have secured the link and login credentials well before December 31st when TechSweden's employer service is fully operational.

What is changing?
- New contact information: From January 2, 2025, a new hotline number and email address will apply to all labor law matters.

- Save the new emergency number and email address.
- Please note that the current contact details for employment law advice are valid until 31 December 2024.
- The hotline is closed on January 1: On New Year's Day, the hotline is not available.
New team of employment lawyers
What is changing?
- TechSverige's employment law team: From January 2, 2025, it is TechSverige's employment lawyers who assist you with legal support and advice.
- Regional coverage: You will be contacted by the TechSverige employment lawyer responsible for your region, so you know who to contact for local advice or negotiation.
What do you need to know and do?
Turn to TechSverige's employment lawyers from January 2, 2025. Until the turn of the year 2024/2025, Almega is responsible for legal advice. After that, TechSverige's employer service will take over.
