Letter on regulatory uncertainty

The members of the Communications Council agree that measures are needed to improve regulatory certainty, which is why IT&Telekomföretagen, on behalf of the Council, has sent a letter to the Minister Anna-Karin Hatt on the matter. All operators in the Council, including TeliaSonera, Telenor, Tre and TDC, are behind the letter.

The letter does not take a position on whether PTS is wrong or right on a particular issue, but does express a strong expectation that the Ministry will ensure that concrete measures are taken to improve the quality of regulatory work.
