The negative trend is broken!
Today, the Swedish Quality Index presented its report Telecom 2014 and found that customers are now more satisfied with their telecom services. The industry has thus managed to break the negative trend that has been going on since 2010, which is extremely gratifying!
Of course, there are still more challenges to tackle and an ambition to further increase customer satisfaction in the future, but today's figures show that the efforts made in recent years have borne fruit. I see the results as confirmation that the determined work carried out by, among others, the Telecoms Advisors together with industry players is paying off and they really deserve a cheer! Unfortunately, customer confidence in the industry is still comparatively low and this is obviously something that we in the industry need to continue to work on.
However, I see the fact that the trend for customer satisfaction is now pointing upwards as a positive and inspiring light in the November darkness!
