Showroom for digital and innovative Sweden finally a reality
It is gratifying that the government has finally decided on a showroom for the promotion and dissemination of digital and innovative Sweden. From IT&Telecom companies, we strongly welcome this initiative, which we have also been involved in driving forward. We see it as a very important and forward-looking initiative that can make us even more clearly put Sweden and our innovative and digital companies on the world map.
We see the following opportunities with a showroom, among others:
- To share our great experiences around the smart, sustainable and digital society.
- Showcasing our amazing, innovative digital sector to the world and attracting even more talent, investment and innovation to Sweden. In this way, we can boost competitiveness and exports.
- To create a space - analog and digital - that increases the competence and exchange of experience between both Swedish and international stakeholders. In this way, both the public and private sectors in Sweden can have even more contact areas for continued collaboration and innovation.
- Promoting digital tourism from public and private international stakeholders to the digital and innovative Sweden.
From IT&Telecom companies, we will contribute to and support the work that is now being started and will be run by the Swedish Institute. We also believe that many of our member companies have great interests in this and want to contribute to the continued work.
