Why have you taken this initiative in the context of #vitecherupp?
Since 2018, we have developed a virtual negotiation room, Pactumize Negotiation Room, together with a number of large companies within the framework of a Vinnova project. The primary purpose has been to create a climate-smart platform for contract negotiations, where non-lawyers can negotiate agreements, call in decision-makers and lawyers if necessary, sign digitally and structure the storage and monitoring of signed agreements. Until last winter, the idea was to avoid unnecessary travel for the sake of the climate. Now it is primarily to avoid the spread of the Corona virus.

What do you want to achieve?
We want to create the negotiation platform of the future where companies - instead of a lot of unnecessary travel and physical meetings - use a climate and antivirus-smart and cost-effective contract negotiation in our platform Pactumize Negotiation Room.
Who are you targeting with your initiative?
Large and medium-sized companies that want to replace unnecessary travel and physical meetings with a virtual negotiation room.
What do you offer?
For three (3) months, we provide a free trial of the Pactumize Negotiation Room - where a company can invite its team and the other party's team to negotiate a contract. We also offer free configuration of a contract.
