Why have you taken this initiative?
Due to COVID-19, our ways of working are now drastically changing. Remote working is extremely important, we are expected to be able to work at home just as we normally do at work. Different forms of meetings have to be managed, such as departmental meetings, group meetings, trainings, workshops, etc. Collaboration, communication, digital document management and sharing are important pieces of the puzzle to make it work. We want to contribute in our own way.
What do you want to achieve?
Short term: Helping anyone who needs to work remotely to do so to the best of their ability.
Long term: Maybe this will give us goodwill, and they will know where to turn if they have more needs and that we can support them in that work.
Who are you targeting with your initiative?
Anyone who has a need - the whole company, friends, contacts, etc.
