By offering a free consulting hour in our three design competence areas to businesses that are now stuck due to the current situation, we hope to help companies continue to take a few steps forward during a period when many things risk coming to a standstill. In order to control costs, many companies have been forced to cancel contracts with hired consultants, thereby cutting off the skills that they may not have in-house.
What do you offer?
We offer the Consultant Helpdesk, where companies get one hour of free help in the following design areas; Interaction Design, Service Design, Strategy or a quick Drive Through for general design advice.

Who are you targeting?
Business managers whose pressure to deliver has increased even further in the context of Covid-19, but who now completely, or partially, lack support in competencies such as UX, design, service development, reorganizations and strategy work. These are areas where Usify can step in and in a short time, based on the information the companies can provide, discuss a recommendation or suggest some concrete steps forward for the company.
What do you want to achieve?
Usify should contribute to meaningful change, which, in this case, means an opportunity for businesses to continue working on strategically important areas during the period when many important activities have to be put on hold.
