Katarina Gunnarsson, CEO, Unit4 Nordic
Unit4 is a people-focused technology company and for almost 40 years we have been creating business systems to meet people's challenges, simplify their everyday lives and support our customers to fulfill their important social missions.
Remote working suddenly became a reality for many people at the same time, in some cases for entire businesses. Video conference calls take place at kitchen tables all over the world and children go to school at home, with their parents as teachers. Keeping the team together at work and understanding how employees are doing becomes more difficult when you suddenly don't meet in the corridors. At the same time, it has become even more important to be present for your employees and to be able to communicate quickly and regularly.
What specifically do you offer?
We have a new employee tool - Intuo - which is very useful for remote working.
Intuo allows you to have regular check-ins with your team and listen to how they are doing, what they are doing, working on, as well as send pulse surveys and take action if necessary. It's also a platform for employees to voice concerns and give feedback on their current situation.
We want to give all organizations that want to, the opportunity to use parts of our employee tool "Intuo" free of charge for six months. More information here >>
Who are you targeting with your initiative?
Unit4 works primarily with personnel-intensive businesses, and we specialize in service companies, construction and contracting, real estate companies, the public sector, non-profit organizations, and higher education and research. But Intuo is suitable for most businesses.
What do you want to achieve?
Keeping businesses and public organizations running in today's environment is vital, but also challenging. If our solutions can help simplify their work, it feels like a win for us.
