No agreement between the parties

The parties LO, PTK and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise have not been able to reach an agreement in the negotiations on LAS, restructuring and unemployment insurance.

- "It is, of course, very regrettable that we did not succeed. A joint solution is always preferable to legislation, as the parties have a deeper understanding of the prevailing conditions," says Stefan Koskinen, head of employer cooperation at Almega and one of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's two representatives in the negotiations.
