The April 2 IT&Telecom companies organized a webinar on the impact of the coronavirus crisis on the IT and telecoms sector. Participants included Anders Ygeman, Minister for Energy and Digitalization.

Results from a survey on the skills shortage were published on April 15 on techsverige.se.

On 16 April, a webinar was organized for startups.

Together with Almega and Innovationsföretagen, IT&Telekomföretagen wrote a debate article (published in Ny Teknik on April 22) with the aim of highlighting the part of our action program that deals with skills development during short-term work.

IT&Telekomföretagen, together with colleagues from Almega, had a meeting on 22 April with responsible officials at the Ministry of Infrastructure to emphasize the importance of the PTS report on the localization principle being widely circulated.

The IT&Telecom companies' package of measures - constructive proposals for coping with the corona crisis and preparing Sweden for the future was presented on April 23. On the same day, Pär Fors, Åsa Zetterberg and Christina Ramm-Ericson met with Anders Ygeman, Minister for Energy and Digitalization.

On 28 April, Åsa Zetterberg participated in a panel discussion organized by the inquiry on digital excellence. The inquiry has also published a report that reflects the content of a skills survey.

On April 29, Pär Fors, Åsa Zetterberg and Christina Ramm-Ericson met with Lars Hjälmered, spokesperson for the Moderate Party's industrial policy.
