Today, Tuesday, March 8, is International Women's Day. We are celebrating this at TechSverige with, among other things, a CEO special where Tele2's CEO Kjell Morten Johnsen answers questions with a gender equality theme.

What do you think the industry could do better to attract more women?
- It has been - and continues to be - a male-dominated industry. I think the whole industry needs to work broadly on all parts of a career - from the moment you get interested in technology and choose a job in it, to when you eventually retire. The industry can collaborate more and better on these issues, inspire and learn from each other to have a greater collective impact on the issue," says Kjell Morten Johnsen.

Do you have any advice for women who want to enter the tech industry?
- My simple advice is to apply here! Tele2 and the rest of the industry would like to see more women apply to us.

How do you work at Tele2 to attract, retain and develop women in the industry?
- We work purposefully with recruitment to the board, group management and management teams to live up to our diversity ambitions. In addition, we have an ambition that the company's employees should reflect society at large when it comes to diversity.
