On April 9th, TechSweden's Frida Faxborn participated in the Vitecherupp podcast together with Mats Lindgren, CEO of Kairos Future and Stefan Nilsson, Sustainability & ESG Director at Foxway. The theme of the episode was "How can new technologies, innovations and digital solutions be crucial for a sustainable transition of society?"
On April 13th, together with a number of industry representatives, we are publishing an open letter to the Minister of Education Anna Ekström. The signatories propose that digital literacy and programming be given greater importance in school education.
- Society has changed. In the past, it was mainly about physically constructing products. Today, everything from trucks to music depends on digital solutions. In this, the tech industry is the engine and therefore schools also need to reflect this change," says Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige in a comment on the letter.

- The national digitalization strategy, with its ambition for Sweden to be the best in the world at taking advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization, is increasingly looking like an empty backdrop with no ambition or will to act. A webinar was organized together with Innovation Businesses on 23 April.
