The 2023 round - how it works

At the turn of the year, the collective bargaining process begins with the industry parties starting to negotiate. TechSweden's head of negotiations Einar Humlin and his team start with their own kick-off in January and negotiate in February. The collective agreements are then expected to be finalized in mid-April.
