The mark is set in the collective bargaining
Wage increases on the Swedish labor market will be 7.4% over a two-year period. This is after the industrial parties reached an agreement in the wage negotiations.
The agreement means that the "mark", the level of wage increases that will then become normative for the entire labor market, is set. This means a 24-month agreement with a 4.1% pay rise in 2023 and a 3.3% pay rise for 2024.
As far as TechSweden is concerned, negotiations will continue during the week.
