New standard contract for welfare technology and safety-enhancing technology

We are constantly developing our range of standard contracts in order to offer a service of the highest relevance linked to support in commercial arrangements and contracts. Together with a number of member companies, we have identified a great need for a modular standard contract for welfare technology and safety-enhancing technology.

The background to this is a market situation that is currently not sufficiently stringent and is characterized by imbalances created by both buyers/procurers and suppliers. In a delivery consisting of both service, software and hardware, additional complexity is created that places high demands on both buyer competence and clarity of the supplier.

We hope that the new standard contract will be an effective tool in contract negotiations with the ambition to create a sound deal for both parties.

A standard contract can;

  • Creating clarity and security
  • Simplify where possible with a high level of transparency
  • Be a good starting point in contract discussions
  • Be a guiding document
