Future of the tech industry in focus as 30 female CEOs gathered
During the week gathered leadersfrom tech companies gathered to discuss current industry issues and the tech industry's development. The dinner was organized by TechSweden and nearly 30 female CEOs attended.
The purpose of the evening was partly networking, but also to delve into current issues about the industry's opportunities and challenges.
- There is strength in gathering to jointly discuss the current state of the tech industry and what is required for tech companies to continue to contribute to social development. It was a great atmosphere with networking and an opportunity for participants to share insights and experiences," says Åsa Zetterberg, Director of TechSverige.
TechSweden's Chief Economist Christina Ramm-Ericson was on hand to share facts about the current state of the industry and economic developments:
- Despite an uncertain global market and economic fluctuations, the tech sector is strong. It is a force for positive change and contributes to Sweden's economy and prosperity.
TechSverige is facing an exciting time as it becomes an independent organization from 1 January 2025. Work is currently underway to build up its own employer service, adapted to the unique needs of tech companies. Karolina Löf, General Counsel, participated in the evening to talk about the work and listen to the participants.
- Dialogue with member companies is crucial as we adapt our offer. Our new employer service will mean increased member benefit with a service fully adapted to the needs of tech companies in the short and long term.
