How can collective agreements contribute to the development of Sweden as a world-leading tech nation? Influential voices have been raised that collective agreements are not adapted to the reality of tech companies. At the same time, a large proportion of employees in the tech industry are covered by collective agreements. Many companies see the benefits of collective agreements and allow flexibility to adapt the terms and conditions to their own industry, rather than via rigid legislation or judicial review. At the seminar, entrepreneurs and representatives of trade unions, employers and the social partners will discuss the opportunities and challenges and how collective agreements contribute to innovation and competitiveness in the tech world.
