TechSverige is looking for a salesperson/member recruiter
Are you a social and relationship-building person who is interested in labor market issues and who wants to work for a strong and growing tech industry? Do you see yourself as a curious, unpretentious and goal-oriented team player who enjoys working independently? TechSverige is now looking for you who want to become part of the team in Membership & Development and work focused on sales and membership recruitment.
About the role
Your tasks include:
● Actively contact and recruit new members
● Market the association's various service offerings
● Organize and participate in various events and member meetings
Who are you?
We believe you have a relevant post-secondary education with at least 5 years of work experience. A big plus is if you have experience in recruitment within a member-driven organization. To succeed in your role, you need to have knowledge and interest in the Swedish model, labor law and the role of collective agreements in the labor market. The tasks require you to have a very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. To thrive in the role, you need to be a structured, networking and unpretentious person.
