What are the main changes in the new Letting Act that member companies should be aware of?

- According to our assessment, employees in our member companies are generally not covered by the rules in the Agency Workers Act. However, as a company, it is important to read our information material and still make an assessment of what may apply specifically to employees in their business.

What challenges linked to the Agency Workers Act do TechSverige's member companies face?

- There seems to be different information on what applies. One challenge is that some client companies seem to have a broader view of the rules than what we consider to be a correct application.
