Jenny Moberg leads TechSverige's employer service in the north

TechSverige continues to sharpen its operations and develop a high-quality and industry-adapted employer service that will be launched at the turn of the year. With a focus on northern Sweden and the unique needs of tech, IT and telecom companies, we welcome Jenny Moberg as a new labor law expert and regional manager. 

Jenny Moberg has more than 20 years of experience in the field of HR and labor law from the private sector, as well as in industry and the service sector. 

- I come most recently from the employers' organization Industriarbetsgivarna, where I worked as a labor law expert. says Jenny Moberg and continues:

- There I was responsible for central negotiations and collective agreements for the mining industry. Before that, I worked for many years, in various roles, at the employers' organization Almega and ran my own company. I live in the north of Sweden and am therefore particularly passionate about that part of the country.  

How do you see your new role as a labor law expert and regional manager for member companies in the north? 

- I am really looking forward to strengthening TechSverige's presence in northern Sweden and offering the best possible employer service for IT, telecom and tech companies in the region. With the changes and opportunities that await the industry, it will be incredibly exciting to help our member companies take on the challenges of the future.

- Northern Sweden and the tech industry have one thing in common - there is an incredible amount happening right now! Growth requires more skills, and innovation and new technology are driving social development forward. Digitalization is one of the strongest change factors today, and the tech sector has become an increasingly important part of society. I am very much looking forward to working closely with member companies and contributing to their success. 

What can member companies expect from you? 

- A strong commitment and broad expertise in labor law and HR issues. I have extensive experience of working with both large and small companies in different industries, which gives me a broad understanding of the various challenges that can arise. Being based in northern Sweden, I have particular insight into the unique conditions and needs of the region. I look forward to building strong relationships and, together with my colleagues at TechSverige, being a trusted partner for advice and support on key employer-related issues. Together, we can navigate the changes and opportunities that modern developments and innovations bring.
