TechSverige launches tailored training in labor law and work environment

At the turn of the year, TechSverige is introducing a series of new training courses as part of our new employer service. The courses are primarily aimed at people working with HR issues and aim to provide concrete guidance and strengthen skills in current employer issues.

- Our member companies have expressed a need for this type of training. Through these webinars, we want to offer practical and relevant skills development, tailored to their reality and challenges," says Maja Khailat Holmberg, Labor Lawyer.

The webinars cover a range of topical and in-demand topics, such as competing activities and trade secrets, the Rental Act, vacation planning and a health and safety series. Several of the trainings are free of charge while others have a fee, with an advantageous discount for member companies. 

The training program starts in January 2025 and begins with a free webinar on the theme of salary review where we will, among other things, go through the salary process for the agreement area IT and Telecom.
