Debate: Introducing a special court for procurement cases

Public procurement is one of our most important tools for strengthening competition and using taxpayers' money efficiently. However, the legal situation is unclear and court proceedings take too long, which creates uncertainty for both companies and public actors.

Together with several representatives of the business community, Åsa Zetterberg, CEO of TechSverige, signs a debate article in which we propose that Sweden introduces a special court for procurement cases - similar to the Danish model. This would provide increased legal certainty, predictability and a more efficient system.
