Becoming a manager brings new responsibilities—not least as an employer representative. Recruitment, supervision, performance, and misconduct are just a few examples of situations in which managers need to understand the applicable labor laws and know when and how to act. This training course provides new managers with a practical foundation in Swedish labor law, focusing on the issues and situations managers encounter in their day-to-day work.
Here's what your managers will take away from this
After completing the training, participants will:
- A solid foundation in labor law and an understanding of the manager’s role as an employer representative
- Greater confidence in the role of a manager and better tools for handling common labor law situations.
- Knowledge of when and how they need to act in order to address issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
- A better understanding of when support is needed and when HR or labor law expertise should be brought in.
