Working hours, overtime, and on-call duty are key aspects of an employer's responsibilities and play a crucial role in both planning and the work environment. In this 45-minute webinar, you will receive a practical overview of the most important rules regarding working hours according to the Telecom Agreement. We will go through what applies to regular working hours, overtime, on-call duty, standby duty, travel time, and shift work, as well as the rules that apply to schedule changes. The focus is on practical application, so that you as an employer, manager, or HR manager can make legally sound decisions in your daily work and avoid common pitfalls.
Aims and objectives of the course
The aim of the course is to provide a concrete and useful understanding of how to apply the working time rules of the Telecommunications Agreement in practice. After the course, you will be more confident in dealing with issues related to working time, planning, remuneration and rest rules.
